SETUP
Load tables at Jaime’s house at 6:30am
Some MUG volunteers arrive at 7am to clean, unload tables, etc..
Vendor setup begins at 8am
Please have your booth/area set up by 8:45am
Begins at 9am and ends up at 11am
Please keep your booth/area set up until 11am.
CLEANUP
Let’s work together to cleanup after the event!
NOTES
If you happen to have an extra folding table at your house, please bring it. I believe we have enough, but one or two more won’t hurt!
Don’t forget hats, sunscreen & water!
We will be using the plastic chairs at MUG — if you want a nicer chair, please bring it.
